Wear for Feet

 

   Shoes are worn by men and women, by young and old. It is necessary for our daily life. There are different types of footwear, footwear for everyday life – shoes, sandals, and boots; footwear for going in for sport – gymshoes, trainers; for wearing at home – slippers. Footwear shouldn’t be tie and hamper the movements; it must be soft, convenient and comfortable. It should go well to size of your feet, otherwise it will pinch your feet, and you will feel discomfort and a bad mood as a consequence. Usually footwear is made from leather or leatherette, chamois or cotton.
   From the quality of shoes is depends our health. Wrong footwear can destroy your organism. It increases the load on your backbone that can lead to some diseases. Also it is very harmful to wear high heels.
   As trainers, it should have a good amortization. The feet must breath, otherwise your feet will sweat and it can lead to appearance of fungus. There are several types of trainers. If you like run – trainers for running are for you; if you are a skateboard fun you need skateboarding footwear and so on. You can’t wear the same trainers for every kind of sport.
   A good footwear is not so cheap and that to prolong their serve, it demands a good treatment. Everyday before wear shoes use a special cream. It will not only protect the surface, but also keep a good form of it. If you have chamois shoes try to clean it with a brush. If you will not take care your footwear it will become worthless.
