Winned Skateboard

   We are three kids in our family. Besides my sister Melina, I have a brother. His name is Nick. He is well bread, he is doing well in school, and he gets good marks, especially at computer science. At first view he is rather nice and obedient boy, but he is fifteen and he has a disadvantage. All day long he is seating at the computer. He plays his favorite games, watches clips and films, listens to the music, and hangs on face book and so on. He doesn’t go for a walk, doesn’t meet with his friends. I’m sure he even hasn’t a girlfriend. His only hobby is computer. When we go outdoors or have a picnic with family, I want to breathe a fresh air, play with our dog, or swim, but he takes his computer, lock in the car and all picnic seat there with his PC. I think he is hopeless. His only interest is computer. I tried to have an influence on him, but all my attempts felt down. But one day at some quiz he won a skateboard. I was so glad. But our granny didn’t share my opinion. She was afraid that Nick can break his feet. And I thought finally he will switch over to another hobby. But I was wrong. At first the skateboard got under our feet and collected a dust in his room. But I wanted to stimulate him on skateboarding. I wanted him to have another interests except facebook and some time later I showed him a documentary film about skateboarding and the history of appearance of it. And my plan worked. He was keen on skateboarding and he forgot about the computer. He went out, spent a lot of time on training, he met new friends. At first it seemed good to my Mom. But now he spends all day long outside and because of it he felt his exams. Now it seems not a good idea. But he makes a good progress and he goes in for skating in professional way. It is good. But it was found out that skating is much expensive hobby than seating at computer. In two months his board was broken and Dad had to buy a new skateboard. It was not so cheap. Besides, he decided to take part in a town competition of skateboarding. And now it is necessary to buy special skateboarding shoes. We try to inspire his hobby decide to present him on his birthday with these shoes. He is going on 16 in two weeks. I think he will glad to such a gift. I believe he will be the best and win the first prize.
